Description
This addendum clarifies contract language with regard to responsibility for maintaining and providing fingerprint and background check data for employees of Carlton Palms Educational Center, Inc. The addendum has been approved by legal counsel for the district and does not alter the financial terms of the agreement.
Recommendation
The addendum to the contract for educational services between The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, and Carlton Palms Educational Center, Inc., be approved as presented.
